Press: warmed up with banded exercises and pressed 45x8x3, and then did 50x8x3 as my work set
Deadlift: 215x5x1
Chinups: 7 full reps from the floor

I'm realizing i may have a slight shoudler injury. I have an appt with my ortho in 2 weeks, so for now, i'm focusing on higher volume, lighter weights until I can get it checked out. I don't want to cause any more damage, and higher weight presses are really hurting the joint.
