Squat 85x5x3 last 5kg jump I think.
Bench press 50x5x3 still very easy
Deadlift 120x5 very hard.
I might have to go to phase 2 now.
I practiced cleans from the hang position bar only in preparation.

Massive head cold, crap weekend because if it, I did contemplate not working out but that wouldn't have been a good thing to do.
Sq 80x5x3 (quite easy still)
Press 47.5x5x3 I re-read the book and watched some videos on YouTube. Need more movement in the hips, was hard which it shouldn't be at this weight.
Deadlift 115x5 (still not too hard)

I missed two sessions. Friday 4th May and Monday 7th. This was due to the bank holidays weekend and not being near the work gym. I know it is not doing the program. Half the reason I'm logging on here is to force me to do the program. I will get two sessions in this week.

Press 47.5x5x3 much more focus on hip movement.
Deadlift 120x5 (easier than last time)
The next session will be a phase two with the power clean added.
Crazy hot in the gym! Tunes were DJ Kutski and a hardstyle mix.
