I have found and taken some pictures of my 13 year old son from last Spring to this Spring. It is amazing the transformation in such a short time from geeky mine crafting 6th grader to today.

Things really started to take off when I increased his food and made sure he was getting enough protein each day.
Press has been a slow increase and I backed off Dead Lifts because his form was pretty bad. It is hard to break his habit of lifting his butt first. He was ending up doing straight leg DLs. His form has slightly improved and we are working on them again.

Cool to see the progress in a teen. Good on you guys. I'm hoping my kids will be interested, too, but I have several years before that.
