July 12th Lifts Squat: 3x255x5 (hardish, could have done a little higher weight) Bench: 3x195x5 (hard, might be struggling on bench for the next couple sessions) Deadlift: 1x285x5 (easy) Dips: 3x(+75)x5 (easy)
