Squat: 90kg*5*3
OHP: 45kg*5*3
DL: 110kg*5
Chinups: 3x5x5kg

I overestimated my squat form and I think I will deload in order to work on it, but I'll wait to see what will the coach tell me.

My 1.25kg plates came today but after the workout so I had to add 5kg. Felt a bit heavy but I should be fine on Wednesday.

Felt a bit sluggish today overall but should be fine next workout.
