Big whiff on the last set of press today. Couldn’t even get one rep. I was grinding on all the previous reps too.
Plenty of food but realizing late Sun morning to early Tuesday is not quite 48 hrs.
Will be better rested when I try again Sat and hopefully get it.
Just in case I’m nearing the end of 5 lb. jumps (on the press), I’ve ordered some micro plates from Dan Miller.
