Todays Workout
Squat: 203.5 lbs (92.5kg), 3 sets of 5
Bench Press: 170.5 lbs (77.5kg), 3 sets of 5
Power Clean: 104.5 lbs (47.5kg), 5 sets of 3
Matched my old PR on bench press today, since returning from holidays.
Legs are feeling better now. Finally.

Had an absolute bloody shocker today.
On my first workset I left off a 2.5kg plate on one side of the barbell, so squatted 92.5kg instead of 95kg, so given my OCD I had to complete 3 sets of 5 reps at 95kg (essentially 4 worksets).
Pretty sure that made me tired and I failed overhead press with 5, 5, 4 reps but then the bloody OCD got the better of me again so I went back 5 hours late to the gym and performed another 3 sets of 5 reps on over head press (6 worksets total for today) this time I passed so I'm going to claim it as a pass.
Squat: 209 lbs (95kg), 3 sets of 5
Over Head Press: 115.5 lbs (52.5kg), 5, 5, 4 (5, 5, 5 - afternoon)
Deadlift: 253 lbs (115kg), 1 set of 5
Deadlift felt bloody heavy, I've lifted this weight before but for some reason it just felt like pulling a bloody locomotive off the ground.
Each rep felt like a 1 rep max not a set of 5.
Well glad I got it done. I would have been pissed to fail on a weight I have already successfully lifted before.

Power Clean: 110 lbs (50kg), 5 sets of 3
So happy to get the 80kg bench on my first attempt.

Felt really sick today (flu). Should not have gone to the gym but couldn't stand missing my scheduled workout.
Squat: 220 lbs (100kg), 3 sets of 5
Over Head Press: 121 lbs (55kg), 4 reps, 110 lbs (50kg), 5, 5 reps
Deadlift: 264 lbs (120kg), 1 set of 5
Felt exhausted. Failed on the first set of over head press so just dropped it down to 50kg on set number 2 and 3.
It was great to at least match my previous PR on squat and deadlift today.
On Wednesday everything will be a PR attempt.
