My hat's off to you, being able to accomplish that much in one workout. I'd be done less than halfway through!

Just curious, how long does a workout like that take to complete?

I break it up into 2 sessions (morning and afternoon).
Each session lasts about an hour.
So I guess it would be 2 hours or a little more to do it in one session.

That's pretty impressive. I counted the equivalent of 14 worksets, so just the rest periods alone would take me about 2 hours. Then add in warmups, etc. You must be in much better cardio shape than I am!

Though, I did shorten my rests today, since I was doing 3-rep sets for my worksets. I went with 6 minute rests instead 10, and still finished the sets with no issue.

Maybe, maybe not, hard to say.
My cardio has certainly improved since I have incorporated it into my training, and my recovery between sets has certainly improved as a result.

I never take more than 5 minutes rest between sets except on very rare occasions.
Most of my lifts are in a deloaded state too, where you are pushing new PRs so that will also have big impact on your recovery between sets.

    Bench Program

    Bench: 203.5 lbs (92.5kg), 7 sets of 5 (Deloaded)

    500m Row: 141.6 (New PR)

The last rep on the 7th set of bench was definitely a grinder today.

The 500m row killed me, felt like vomiting. I will definitely go a bit easier next time.

    That's a very good point, I hadn't considered that.

    Week 31
    Today's workout
Dumbell lunges: 110 lbs, 2 sets of 30
    Leg Press: 396 lbs (180kg), 5 reps
    Deadlift: 302.5 lbs (137.5kg), 5 reps (PR)
    OHP: 132 lbs (60kg), 2 sets of 5 (Deloaded)
    Seated Rows: 200lbs, 3 sets of 8
    Lat pulldowns: 200lbs, 2 sets of 5
    500m row: 1:47.4

Back was still a little sore, but got fed up waiting for full recovery, so just went ahead and lifted heavy on deadlift.
    Finally a bloody PR.
