    Week 19
    Today's workout
    Lunges: 110 lbs, 5 sets of 14
    Over head press: 136.4 lbs (62kg), 5, 5, 4, 3, 2 (PR attempt)
Power cleans: 121 lbs (55kg), 5 sets of 3 (deloaded)
Chin Ups: 3 sets of 10
    Barbell Rows: 220 lbs (100kg), 2 sets of 5

Made some improvement on overhead press in sets 3 and 4. As long as there is improvement I won't be resetting. As soon as I hit this PR, I will implement a 5 Rep Max set with 2 back off sets, I'm not interested in sets of 3 for over head press just yet.

Thinking of switching from power cleans to power snatches at some point very soon.

Performed 3 sets of chins for the first time, I will start adding weight since I'm able to do 3 sets of 10.

I have bruises on my gut from smashing the bar into it from performing barbell rows. Hahaha

Back is feeling better than yesterday.

Nice work with the Chin-ups. I just did my best and got them 9/9/9 so you are stronger. And my Weighted Chin-ups 3x5 best was 16,25 kg last workout, so you should have quite a few kilos waiting for you. I started at 5 kg and am using 1,25 kg increments. First fail was at 16,25 kg. Keep going

Some friendly competition is always good for increased GAINS.

I've pretty much reached advanced novice for both bench press, and over head press.
I'm considering some very unconventional ideas to break up the boredom, probably, run each training idea for 4 weeks and compare strength charts.

My back is feeling ok so I'll squat and deadlift on Wednesday again. I know it will flare up the injury but if I can recover by each weekend I might persist for a little while longer.

    Week 20
    Today's workout
    Lunges: 110 lbs, 5 sets of 14
    Bench Press: 220 lbs (100kg), 5, 4, 3, 3, 3 (PR attempt)
Power cleans: 126.5 lbs (57.5kg), 5 sets of 3 (deloaded)
    Chin Ups: +16.5 lbs (7.5kg), 3 sets of 5
    Seated rows: 200lbs, 3 sets of 8

Back is feeling ok, so I'm quite happy.
It was a great feeling benching my goal weight of 100kg (1.25 × bodyweight), I wasn't expecting to get 3 sets of 5 on my first attempt, just happy getting 5 in the first set.
Hope to get it in the next 2 weeks.
