Measured my waist this morning waist appears to have increased 1/4”. This is pissing me off.
I might reduce calories on non training days.
I am also considering increasing training squat and deadlift 1.5 times, up from once a week.

Bench Press: 220 lbs (100kg), 5, 4, 3, 3, 3 (PR attempt)
Deadlift: 247.5 lbs (112.5kg), 5 (deloaded)
Chin Ups: +22 lbs (10kg), 3 sets of 5
Seated rows: 200lbs, 3 sets of 8
Bench press was a killer, almost passed out grinding the 5th rep out of the first set.
Still feel like I'm going to vomit.

Over head press: 138.6 lbs (63kg), 5 reps (PR), 132 lbs (60kg), 5, 5 reps
Power cleans: 132 lbs (60kg), 5 sets of 3
Lat pulldowns: 200lbs, 3 sets of 5
Seated rows: 200lbs, 2 sets of 8
Got a PR on overhead press yeah.
Back off sets are a little above 95% of top set.
I wanted the back off sets as intense as possible.

Got a PR on Overhead press. Yeah
Thinking I will try squatting and deadlifting 1.5 times a week starting next week and see how my back is.
