Squat was easy.
For bench, my biggest problem is I won't risk failing on my rep; if I felt the bar moved slower and I had to grind hard;
I will just give up on it. Firstly because I train without a spotter. Secondly, I don't want to distract people around me;
of having them to keep an eye on me every time I bench.
Sometimes I did only 3-4 reps, when in fact I could do all 5; if I will just take the risk of failing the rep.
Anyway, I tried going 90kg today; I was glad that I could actually manage to do 2 reps.
On Row, I felt really weak; and using too much momentum, so I cut the reps short.

Depth on Squat was bad today, might have to redo this weight in next workout.
Ego lifting on the Bench, and I was not supposed to do Bench today (Today was OHP day).
I was being stupid today.
My Deadlift form was horrific, looking more like a cat.
I might have to restart the weight to 60kg, and do DL every workout.
But let's see.

Finally got the squat, looking forward to add weight next workout.
Looks really easy, but not when I was actually doing it.
OHP is really weak, this might due to form; not sure.
Row is pretty much doing it lazily, as I tend to be in a rush to work every time I am doing it;
since squat took almost 40 minutes by itself.

- Wrongly loaded the bar on the first set, wasting my energy for nothing; then some guy gotta use this squat rack, so I got to do all my sets quickly. Everything then went downhill from there on the squat. I will redo this weight next workout.
- Bench was stuck at the moment, but not giving up; hopefully I won't need to reset.

Good training day, hit all the numbers. Finally a progress on my Press.
On Squat, though I hit all reps and sets. My depth on the last set was pretty questionable.
I will redo the squat once more.
On Press, I was practicing Press 2.0, this was the first time I did this.
On Deadlift, I was practicing to have more neutral back.

Another progress on squat today, looking to increase weight next workout.
Press was stuck on 3 reps today.
Chins was really weak today. I remember not a long time ago, I can do around 15.

Experimenting with changing my back angle, I used to stare directly between my feet; today I tried to stare slightly in front of me.
It turned out easier to hit depth this way, for the next I think I will squat this way.
I only did 3 reps this time for the 2nd and 3rd set, since this felt a bit weird. but I will redo the squat in the next workout.
For Press, it was a bit of progress. Psyching-up before the press, helped a lot today.
For Deadlift, I rounded my lower back again today; resulted to cat-like Deadlift. I won't post my video here, because it looked silly. I will redo the Deadlift as well, in the next workout.

Trying to gain weight really slowly now, or somewhat stop gaining for a while; as I can't fit in many of my clothes right now.
At least I will stop gaining weight until I replace some of my outfits.
As for today's workout, it was a bit of progress on squat; but it hasn't passed the 5 reps yet, so I will redo the squat in the next workout.
As for Bench Press, I knew I was stuck on this lift since few weeks back; I thought I need to review my forms. Hence today was focused more on changing my forms: made my grip more narrow, pinching the bar, looking at ceiling. I might reduce the weights in the next session, since this form is new to me.
