    Comments:

Press felt too heavy at 65kg. I think I will reset back to 3 by 5 at 57.5kg (which previously done at 3 by 3).

It might be worth looking at intermediate programs.
You're really close to getting all you're going to get from NLP.

    You got that right sir,
Coincidentally, just this week, I have already planned on going to different program.
I think so far this conclude my log here:

    Start:
    BW: 74kg
    S: 110kg
    B:70kg
    D: 150kg
    P: 42.5kg

    End:
    BW: 81kg
    S: 140kg (5RM) /142.5kg (2 reps)
    B: 92.5kg (3 reps)
    D: 190kg (3 reps)
    P: 65kg (2 reps)

Anyway, thanks for the kind words; and good luck with your fitness journey, sir.

Make sure you start your intermediate training with a good deload (at least 10% reduction).
At the end of NLP you've really pushed yourself to the limit, and the body needs a chance to recover.
