Hi all, I'm new here. My goal is to gain muscle and strength.

25 yo. 178cm. 74kg.

Comments:
- Woke up late today, since I train before work; really need to cut 1 set of squats off,or else I will be late for work.
-- next time I have to wake up earlier.
- Since I started this program, my appetite has increase a lot; Hence I gain weights, about 2 kg.
-- it's funny because I don't really force myself to eat, I just get hungry often; hence I eat.
-- beforehand, I was on intermittent fasting 2 meals a day to control my body weights.
-- now I let go of that because it's harder to do that on SS program.

- Body-weight has been going up again. Definitely noticed myself getting more muscular,
and feeling like I need new pants soon.
- Stupid mistake today, totally forgot to add weights on my OHP.
