    Cheers
Eggs, milk and protein powder are the cheapest ways to add protein to your diet.

    Forget olive oil.
    GOMAD.
Maybe start with 1/2 GOMAD if you have bloating issues. Before bed is a good time to smash yourself with milk.

Yeah man I see what you're saying and I agree that milk would be the ideal bulking tool, hence it's popularity here. Was just looking for cheaper alternatives but there doesnt seem to be any!

    Eggs and milk.
Combine 2 eggs, 500ml of milk, a banana, and ice, in a blender. Drink it before bed.
    That will make you grow.
If you want to reduce the fat content then use low fat milk.

    Sounds tasty.

Or I could just drink 1 litre of whole milk for a few more calories and similar macros

    Thanks

Felt pretty jaded this morning but I put that down to working a long week with a lot of overtime. Squats felt heavy and maybe a bit ugly. Knees turning in at bottom of last reps on last two sets.

Realised I've been increasing bench weights too quickly so going to take things back to 66kg ish. Run that for 3x5 until reset, at which point will move in to 3x3.

Need to remember I'm 'exhausting linear progression'.

Bodyweight down this morning too though I am drinking milk!
