The important thing is, you're back. Focus on the second statement, and not the first one

Welcome back! Looking forward to seeing more update from you.

    Feeling strong. Workout completed today:
    Spamuel's Starting Strength, Day 1
    5:40 p.m. (33 min) - 2380 kg
    Squat
    2x5 65 kg
    1x10 65 kg
    Overhead Press
    2x5 30 kg
    1x10 30 kg
    Deadlift 1x6 80 kg

First workout done. Legs feel pretty dead this evening but then work was tiring today.

    Feeling strong. Workout completed today:
    Spamuel's Starting Strength - Phase 1, Day 2
    5:34 pm (40 min) - 2977.5 kg
    Squat
    2x5 65 kg
    1x10 65 kg
    Bench Press
    2x5 55 kg
    1x10 55 kg
    Deadlift 1x7 82.55kg

How do I avoid scraping my shins with the deads? Do I need to be doing them without boots on? Too much of a heel maybe.

You're probably opening your hips early. Press the bar off the floor with knee extension first, and finish with hip extension.

    Feeling strong. Workout completed today:
    Spamuel's Starting Strength - Phase 1, Day 1
    5:26 pm (1 hr 20 min) - 2850 kg
    Squat
    2x5 70 kg
    1x10 70 kg
    Overhead Press
    2x5 37.5 kg
    1x6 37.5 kg
    Deadlift 1x10 85 kg

Deads much better today. Focussed on 'leg pressing' the bar at the start.

Somehow I'm eating more, lifting more, but bodyweight still going down!
