    Matthew - I think the difference is that you did it in one of the main forums. I seriously doubt that Rip spends any time perusing these training logs. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Not sure if I posted about it before but we're expecting twins in just a few weeks. It all threw me a bit so I've not really trained...

    I'm just about getting my head back in the game about who I want to be as a dad, and obviously being strong and capable is certainty.

    So I'm either starting again at a perfect time, or an awful time (sleep deprivation incoming), depending on how you look at it....

    Thanks! Yes completely. We already have a boy, certainly wasnt expecting twins this round!
