Well this wasn't the day I expected. Felt my adductor twinge/pull on my 2nd rep of the final set of squats with 340 lbs on my back. Collapsed right out of the bottom and on the rack. My IT band/hip bursitis on my opposite leg was particularly aggravated today. Anyways, really disappointed and I'll be starting Starr Rehab Protocol this Friday.

Squat: 340 x 5 x 2, 340 x 1 (collapse/injured on 2nd rep).

Press: 145 x 5 x 3
Romanian Deadlifts: 55 x 25 x 3
BW: 207 lbs
Started doing a little rehab work today, so I did some Romanian Deadlifts to get me going. I plan on doing Starr Rehab Protocol tomorrow on the Squat to rehab what looks like a tweaked the gracilis adductor. No sign of any internal bleeding or bruising, so that's good. I'm a little worried about my bilateral IT band syndrome, which is worse in my left hip. I've got to figure out how to get that under control before I go heavy on squats again. Going to get an IT band release today so hopefully that'll help some.
Yeah me too, but this is the first time I have ever had proper instruction on it.
I spent around 4 weeks just getting the timing of the jump absolutely perfect using very light weight. I only now can nail the timing 100% of the time.
I doubt I'll ever be able to power clean more than 180 pounds but that's way more than I ever managed when I thought I knew how to power clean.
It will be awesome watching your progress.
