    Not sure what you mean by "official", but the program certainly recommends squatting with low bar, just below parallel, and flat bench (no incline). Whatever you choose, good luck!

    Dips and Incline Bench seems like a reasonable compromise to me.
    You do what you gotta do.
    Good to see you make it work for your existing injuries/issues.

    5x1 isn't a typo. I reset after every deadlift because my gym has hex plates which bounce away from me. I didn't lift last Saturday because I didn't realize that the gym closed earlier on the weekend until it was too late. I'll be doing a PSMF cut for the next 3 weeks. IK that's YNDTP.

    My leverages are actually better for the squat than the deadlift. The numbers are the way they are because I started conservatively with the squat. It should catch up eventually.

    Yeah, I noticed you're on 10 pound jumps on squat.
    You'll get there very quickly.
