It's been awhile, a lot of crap going on between work, and family issues. I just got back in the gym yesterday, and repeated the weight I had did last.
Squat- 355 3x5 (the all the sets were rough, but got through them.)
Press- 145 3x5 (got through all sets no problem)
Power Cling- 95 3x5 (I started a bit on the lighter side, when adding them into the workout. Once, I got my feel for the technique again)
Felt great to be back, my legs weren't as sore as i suspected. I hope to post more for y'all soon
Monday
Squat- 365 3x5
Bench- 225 3x5
Deadlift- 325 1x3
Every lift was extremely hard, deadlift i got it only 3 reps. I'm going to invest in some wrist straps soon
Nice lifts in here! Very similar strength level as I am right now.
Wednesday
Press-150 3x5
Power Clings 115 3x5
Squat 370 3x5
Squats are getting super tough, going to five pounds now. Press felt about right, around 80 of my max. Power clings were a not bad, getting better.
