    monday

    Squats- 375 3x5

    Bench 235 3x5

    deadlift 305 1x5


    Wed

    Squat 380 (i failed on the last set)

    Press- 160 3x5

    power clings- 120 3x5


    Friday

    Squats- 360 3x5

    bench 240 3x5

    deadlift 310 1x5

    Monday- felt awesome all day

    Squat- 370 3x5 (no trouble)

    Press- 165 3x5 ( hard as hell)

    power clings- 125 3x5 (last set was a bit sloppy)


    Wednesday- felt extremely good

    Squat 380 3x5 (this time felt much easier)

    bench 245 3x5 (the last rep nearly failed, but got it up)

    deadlift 305 3x5 (no problems, other then out of breath by the end )

    Also, weighted in today. Im down to 360 from the nearly 400 pounds, i started at.

    Friday- Had a horrible session

    Squat- i felt beyond sore. Then pops all over during my warm up sets, and it hurt to lift 135. So i skipped it

    Press- 170( failed on the third set on rep 3

    power clings- i skipped due to worrying about my legs


    feeling i may be near the end of using starting strength, as recovery just doesn't seem to be there now

    ok, stoped using starting strength for my program. As, I felt i got all i could from it, and started 5/3/1. Enjoying it greatly.

    My Training maxes right now, I used starting Strength to set my maxes to.

    Bench: 270

    Press: 195

    Squat: 420

    Deadlift: 385

    I'm currently entering my deload week, but will start to update again

    Ok here's my numbers for this week so far. I think it's going great, going out of town on the 20th so not going to be lift for a bit



    Monday- Press

    Set 1- 125 x5

    Set 2- 145 x5

    Set 3- 165 x7

    Lat pull- 5 sets of 12

    tricep pulldown 5 sets of 10

    Tues- Deadlift

    Set 1- 250X5

    Set 2-290X5

    Set 3-325X8

    Good mornings 5 sets of 12

    Ab work 5 sets of 10 for each

    Thurs- Bench

    Set 1- 175x5

    Set 2- 205x5

    Set 3- 230x8

    Dumbbell rows 5 sets of 12 each arm

    Curls- 5 sets of 10
