Deadlift: 115 kg x5 (254 lb)

Took me forever to do this 5 deadlifts, and almost barfed by sipping water afterwards... this shit is killing me.

Bench Press: 52.5 kg x5x3 (116 lb)

Power Clean: 22.5 kg x3x5 (50 lb)

Power Clean is still piss poor, put some weight on so I wouldn't start from floor, really need to stretch my arms a bit as I'm struggling with the racking position after the jump.
After the workout, once again, I was in agony, I get in the morning fine though, so there is probably nothing to worry about.
