    Squat: 235x3x5
    Press: 75x5x3
    Deadlift: 285x3x2

It's currently 01/09/2019, and man, my legs are so fatigued today. Really just milking my novice gains at this point. Gonna go until my body just can't handle it anymore. Also, I noticed today an increase in my hunger status, which I found interesting because 2700 calories has been sufficient for quite some time. I have to say though...pulling that 285 deadlift felt amazing.

    Squat: 190x3x5
    Bench: 95x5x3
    Deadlift: 230x3x2

    01/12/2019

    Squat: 240x3x5
    Press: 77.5x4, 77.5x5x2
    Deadlift: 290x3x2

Hit two more PRs on the 12th and I am excited to say the least! Press has been tough, probably because of the crazy holiday season and having to back off of lifting a little bit. But now that I'm back at it, I'm ready to get stronger than ever. Super stoked to hopefully break 300 lbs on deadlift while on LP.

No way! At least you'll always have bench over me.

    Squat: 87x3x5
    Bench: 44x5x3
    Deadlift: 105x3x2

Had some fun lifting with kilos. I really focused on making every rep perfect for deadlift, even though by the time I got there, it seemed like I had tweaked a spinal erector doing squats moments earlier. Bench is feeling solid; hoping to finish strong on LP.

    Squat: 245x3x3, 245x2, 245x3
    Press: 77.5x3x5
    Deadlift: 295x1, 295x1

Well, it looks like I'm getting close to the end of my LP. Squats were brutal today, and my body is absolutely wrecked with fatigue. I started experiencing some knee slide, and decided I wanted a proper lift even if it's slow rather than a quicker squat that compromises form. Press went great - switching to sets of 3 was a good idea. Deadlifts were even more brutal than squats, thus I only got 1 rep on each set. Gonna try squat and deadlift again on Monday, and work on some serious recovery in the meantime. Hope to get videos of round 2.

Proud of you! Failing sucks, but 245 and 295 is really strong for a woman!

    Squat: 195x3x5
    Bench: 100x5x3
    Deadlift: 235x3x2

    01/21/2019

    Squat: 245x3, 245x2; 225x3x3
    Press: 80x3x5
    Deadlift: 295x3

Last day of LP for me for squat + deadlift. Presses felt great, and my goal was to at least get one set of 3 on deadlifts, and I met that goal. Excited to move on to HLM this Thursday!

Really nice work! Any specific plans/goals for HLM? You should consider competing...

You should indeed consider competing. Many of the people I know go to the SS sponsored USSF competition each fall in Chicago. There may be other venues closer to you but I doubt it. Sometimes they have had one in April as well. But that would give you a chance to meet some of the people on this forum. Check it out if interested.
