    The new squat grip is great. No more hurt. It was hard, though, and the overhead press wasn't any better. But the power clean... the PC was crap. I was expecting to have a 60 kg PC based on my 132,5 kg DL, but no way. I haven't PC in months and my form was really bad. I managed to do 5x3 at 40 kgs, which is too light to make anything for my strength. I'll switch lo light DL (90% 2x5) the next time the program demand a PC.

    Phase 2, Week 3, Day 2
    Thrusday 27/12/2018
    Squat 3x5: 95 kgs (+2,5 kgs)
    Press 3x5: 45 kgs (+2,5 kgs)
    Power clean 5x3: 40 kgs

    I'm at Category I in all lifts but deadlift in the SS standards, In DL I'm at Cat. II

    I had to interrupt this workout while I was doing the warm up for the bench press and leave the gym. My daughter was ill.

    Squat 3x5: 97,5 kgs (+2,5 kgs)
