Started strength training after a long hiatus. Messed with CrossFit for a couple of months - but hated the lack of structure - looked like an injury waiting to happen. Ordered some Gym equipment - and here are my logs from my official start.
DL is not getting any better - looks like it's going to get stuck...
All weights are in Kgs. (Multiply by 2 to get to approx. pounds ).
Not been benching - since bench just arrived yesterday.
