    W16D2 - Wednesday

    Deadlift
    135x5
    225x3
    315x2
    375x1
    415x1
445x5 Was real upset from not getting these done on Monday so I told Coach that my knee was feeling good and even though i had said before i never wanted to DL on Wednesdays (light day) I would chalk up and get them done! Only +5lbs from now on bc last rep had a slow lockout.

    Bench Press:
    45x5x2
    95x5
    135x5
    175x3
    215x2
    240x1
260x3x3 Sets across PR for triples.

    Squat:
    45x5x2
    135x5
    225x3
    315x1
330x5x3 I hate squatting at the end of the day, and after deadlifting these feel harder than they should but all good other than it taking forever to get today done.

    W16D3 - Friday

    Squat:
    45x5x2
    135x5
    225x3
    315x2
    355x1
    385x1
    415x5 PR for 5
    375x5x2 Backoff sets
*Woke up so stiff and sore and i really didn't wake up until i was at the gym drinking my caffeine pills and i had to go super slow in the warmups bc my low back was still feeling the deadlifts... BUT even against the coach's wishes, i did what i always do: get the warmups done, judge in the last warmup that my body ain't actually broken and BOOM shut off the brain for the top workset and just squat.

    THE Press:
    45x5x2
    95x5
    135x3
    155x1
    175x1
190x3x3 PR for a triple AND sets across on top of that. Good!

*Knee felt good the entire time today. Arm is starting to not be in so much pain after squats. That being said, i really need a long rest after being done with all 3 sets of squats nowadays, it is just really taking all my energy out of me (but it is totally worth it!).

    W17D1 - Monday
    Squat:
    45x5x2
    135x5
    225x3
    315x2
    355x1
    385x1
420x4 PR for 4 | Should have gotten all 5, but i chickened out of the last rep and coach didn't tell me to just do it bc she thought my knee was hurting. But she said they were fast and i should have not stopped. Too much external stress this morning with unexpected issues i had to deal with before leaving is part of why i couldn't just focus. Triples from now on.
    380x5x2 Backoff sets

    Bench Press:
    45x5x2
    95x5
    135x5
    185x3
    225x2
    245x1
265x3x3 Sets across PR for triples.

Should have dealt with all the issues from our company this morning and gone to the gym until the afternoon so they weren't stressing me out while lifting. But whatever, progress is progress.

    W17D2 - Wednesday

    Deadlift
    135x5
    225x3
    315x2
    375x1
    415x1
450x5 Last rep was hard to lockout.

    THE Press:
    45x5x2
    95x5
    135x3
    155x1
    175x1
195x2 PR for a double but should have been a triple. I felt like i was going to pull a muscle so i didn't try the third rep, after being injured for so long in this comeback just trying to avoid more of that.
195x0 Mentally couldn't even try again
175x3x2 Some backoff sets to keep the volume up. Felt real EZ.

    45x5x2
    135x5
    225x3
    315x2
    355x1
    385x1
    425x3
    385x5x2 Backoff sets
*Felt real sick this morning. Was going to skip the traning session but said 'heck i'll at least try to squat'. It was a hard triple and it shouldn't have been. I would have already changed programs this week but since I won't be able to train next Friday, just making the best out of the days before then.

    W18D1 - Monday

*My original plan was to do light squats and bench only, to then do Deadlifts on Wed after Heavy Squats to try and put in a lot of volume work before skipping Friday. Coach told me to chalk up and deadlift first, and so I listened to him.

    Deadlift
    135x5
    225x3
    315x2
    375x1
    415x1
455x4* Got the fifth rep above the knee but was strugling with lockout in all my reps and just couldn't lock it out.

    Bench Press:
    45x5x2
    95x5
    135x5
    185x3
    225x2
    245x1
270x3x3 Sets across PR for triples.

    Light Squats:
    45x5
    135x5
    225x3
    315x2
    355x5x2

    W18D2 - Wednesday

    Squat:
    45x5x2
    135x5
    225x3
    315x2
    355x1
    385x1
    405x5 EZ
    385x5x2 Backoff sets EZ

    THE Press:
    45x5x2
    95x5
    135x3
    155x1

*Told coach i was doing 405x5 Squats as i wanted a baseline from which to start the new program from. Press just to practice some form in the minutes i had left.

Not able to train on Friday, and then Monday it is the return of Texas Method to my life. Will link the new log below once i start it.
