Since I have been in country I have completed two lifting sessions.
Session 1
Squat - 185 x 5 x 3
Bench - 155 x 5 x 3
Deadlift - 200 x 5 x 1
Sessions 2
Squat - 195 x 5 x 3
Press - 95 x 5 x 3
Deadlift - 210 x 5 x 1
My lifts felt relatively easy. Bench may have been the only one where I felt real resistance.
