The Easter athletic center hours interrupted my workout schedule just enough to cause some changes. I am doing two days rest between workouts this week. This puts my next heavy squat on Monday. Without class on Monday nights anymore I can resume a M/W/F schedule next week.

3/4 GOMAD 2% Milk

The increase in calories to >4000/day has led to the desired increase in performance with Tuesday and today (Thursday) feeling much more powerful. Achieved with four meals of high carb and protein content with a side of 3/4 GOMAD 2% milk.

Power Clean 1,1 ended early
Uff duh, the only good set of lifts out of the entire night was the second set of press. I'm pretty drained, physically and mentally. The thing is, I'm not sure my LP is over. I just think I have had a real bear of a time with recovery lately. The allergy season is kicking my ass, I am not getting great sleep, and feeling generally stressed. Maybe this is what the end of LP feels like, maybe not. A rest week has been on my mind for a while, I have been training without breaks since January 2nd.
