My rest "week" turned into rest two and a half weeks. After avoiding the gym for a borderline dangerous length of time I went with a 20% reset.

Squat 295x5x1 I debated between a light day and a 10lb jump. The 10 lb jump was fine, but I had some DOMS so I called it after one set. I will repeat this weight, and was happy to get the work in.
