We slept in this morning so I wasn't unable to work out until this afternoon, right after a huge mother's day lunch... hibachi and starting strength do not mix. I felt my stomach sloshing around and chin-ups suffered because of it. Anyways, squats and bench felt good until the end when I started fatiguing. Looking forward to two days of recovery.
