    Failed the bench press pretty bad today. Had to get some help to get out of the bottom before killing myself. I pushed through and hit a PR on the DL so it was a decent day.

    Fatigued on my second work set of the press. Hit 4 reps than the 5th I struggled to get it up but pushed through. I'm sure it was ugly but I got it in and crushed 105. I started resting 8 minutes for my upper body lifts and my deadlift. I hit 260 in the deadlift and it felt easy so im pumped to keep pushing through
