    3/8
    Squat 310x2, 295x1, 275x5
    Bench 237.5x1, 202.5 5x5
    Clean 172.5 4x2
    Deficit Deadlift 255 2x5
    Dips 3x8

Failed squat, first time in a long time. Feeling pretty confident going in too, oh well, try again.
Did cleans primarily as a warm-up for deficit deadlifts, I think I'm going to start getting more DL volume in, need to get more space between DL and Squat.
Probably going to try a low-stress week next week, beginning to think NLP may stop working here very soon.

Andrew, Andrew, Andrew, Why not do the LP until it ends and then try some of the other programs that are mentioned by coaches on this forum. Go see a SS coach and let him or her straighten out your thinking and your technique. Why waste your energy on program jumping.

You can do as you wish but I'm curious since I did not find Brian Alruhe on the SS coaches list. Whoever this fellow is you did not stick with his program. Again, do as you wish but don't blame the program if you aren't willing to follow it.

I do not think you've followed my explanations clearly, or perhaps I did not word them with enough clarity. I fail to see where you think I hired Alsruhe as my coach. Either way...I am not coached by Brian Alsruhe, I simply followed one of his templates for some time, he's a strongman on youtube. The log outlined here is only my LP workouts.
Currently, I'm coached by Phil Meggers, SSC, beginning with my 4/8 post. Prior to that, I did not have any formal coaching.
