Form and depth are pretty good. Two things to watch out for. First, stand a little straighter at the top. Second, don't go down so fast. They call that dive bombing. By going so fast one loses tightness at the bottom when it is most needed. I always admire people who can do a straight bar low back squat. Good for you.

Thank Carson! Much appreciate the feedback. I will slow down and stand straighter.

My wrists absent back as well. I have been fighting to get my wrists neutral since I started squatting. My shoulders hurt and my elbows hurt. I'm not very flexible in the shoulders.

    Late night at they gym.

Squat - 270x5x3 - someone tell me they are low enough.

    Bench - 202.5x5x3
    PClean - 115x3x5
    Assisted Chins - 50# 5x3

Elbows and shoulder still hurt but not as bad. Did a pre-stretch of the shoulders that seemed to help.

Day 3 - ate a bit too much today and up to 221 lb. Also spent the day snowboarding.

    Squats - 275x5x3
    Press - 145x5x3
    Dead - 335x5x1
    Assisted Chins - 50# 6,7,7

Going to redo Squats@ 275 next round because I still have depth issues. Could have more to do with the day, 3rd set was a hair high.

Press 2.0 needs some work. Will possibly back down and get my form solid.

Dead went well. Worked on setting my back better. New 3" belt on the way should help.

Chins, just trying to do more.

I wonder when this gaizy train is going to end. It's hard but somehow I manage to keep adding.

    Day 1

    Weight 218.6

    Squat 275x5x3
    Bench 205x5x3
    PC - 120x3x5
    Chins ass. 50lb 6x4

Widened grip on squat and had zero shoulder and elbow pain.

Widened bench grip as well. Took some photos of my arm angle and was too narrow. Parallel even feels better to my shoulders.

Missed my Wed workout due to work fatigue.

Your squats are low enough. You are still going down too fast.

    Another late night...

    Squat 280x5x3
    Press 147.5x5x3
    Dead 340x5x1

Starting to wonder how much more I can press on the NLP.

Noticed when I slow down eating, my energy suffers. My wife will love me when I hit 240#. She thinks I'm nuts. I'll eat as much as it take to keep the gains coming. I'll slim down later.

Yep, another late night workout. Still on the NLP. Tried to jump 5 on the bench, was successful on the first set but knew I would fail on 2 & 3. I know I am close to ending this soon. Better get schooled on what to do next.

    Weight 219.8 / am

    Squat - 285x5x3
    Bench - 207.5x5x3
    PC - 125x3x5
    Chin - -50x7x3

Squat - still riding the line between parallel and being above. Still have flexibility issues in my shoulders.

Bench - wrists hurt. I think I have weak hands and wrists from too many sprains when I was young. Will try wraps next round.

    PC - Will start micro-loading.

Chin - I still suck at these. Considering training these more.

    Another late night...

    Weight 220.8

    Squat 290x5x3
    Press 150x5x3
    Dead 345x5x1

I am happy if this ends my NLP. I don’t know about the squat and the press, but I think I can squeeze another 5 to 10 out of the dead.
