    Squat 3x5x107,5 kg (PR)
    Press 3x5x48 kg (PR)
    Deadlift 1x5x127,5 kg (PR)

    press felt easy this time , bar path was way better this time and probably the reason it felt so hard before .
    I will keep an eye on my technique the next session , it may be necessary to reset for technical reasons here .

    All in all the workout felt great , i set PRs on all my lifts .

    Bench 3x5x71 kg (PR)
    Chin Ups 4+6 ; 3+7 ; 10

    im actually pretty surprised how easy the squats felt , i really feel how i grow stronger and there is much room for improvement . Its a good feeling.
    I switch to +1/1,5 kg increments now @ bench press ( e.g. 71 , 72,5 , 73,5 , 75) .
    Chin ups went bad today , but i guess i cant have everything .

    Squat 3x5x112,5 kg
    Press 3x5x49 kg
    Deadlift 1x4x130 kg FAIL

    the last workout for this week went bad . i slept bad , i ate not enough the last 2 days and i worked for atleast 12 h per day .
    technique on squats felt bad , press was okay and i failed on the deadlift for the first time . i couldnt hold on to the bar for the last rep , my grip strength absolutely left me .
    Im pretty pissed , but thats life i think .
    I will repeat ther weights on both lower body lifts .

    as for the press , i cant decide how to do them . I feel a light pain everytime i try to do 2.0 and i get fatigued pretty fast .
    obviously i can lift more weight with it but it feels like i cant get down the timing .

    What kind of grip are you using on the deadlift? Don't die on the hill of double over hand, if that's what you've been using up until now. If grip is the limiting factor, give a mixed grip or hook grip a go. If you think form might be an issue with any of the lifts, you should take some video and feedback in the technique forum.

    Yeah i was using the double over hand .
    i will try the hook/alternate grip , hence i will deadlift @light weights today to get used to it .

    today went bad again ..

    i failed my squat @ 117,5kg (5,5,4)

    i was demotivated then and missed my first set of the press aswell ( at 4 , 4)

    called it a day afterwards .

    Friday will see me squat again @ 117.5 , bench @ 73,5 and maybe deadlift 130.


    Thu 23. may

    Squat 5,5,4@117,5kg FAIL

    Press 4,4@50kg FAIL

    didnt bother to DL today ( that was a mistake because i wont have deadlifted for for 8 straight days now )

    Deadlift 1x5x130kg (even with double overhand grip!)

    Ive overcome all my sticking Points from this week .
    Feels GREAT !

    Press 5x3x50 kg
    PC technique (hang cleans) 5x3x20 kg

    No chins today (time was short)
    Switched to 5x3 scheme @ press

    Light Squats 2x5x95kg
    Bench Press 3x5x75 kg (PR)
    Power Clean technique @30 kg

    Only light squats and no DLs/Chins today as im tired as hell and feel a little bit lil.
    This is the last time i will pussy out on my DLs , i promised myself .

    From now on i will go on a regular A/B Protocol again , alternating DLs and PC + Chins .

    Had some very busy weeks at work / family and just couldnt get my sessions in as scheduled.
    After my light day last week i had to skip the next workout .
    So i decided to take a 10 % deload for this week in hindsight of another busy week .

    Those are the workout i got in :

    Mon 03 june
    Squat 5,5,8x110 kg
    Press 3x5x51 kg
    Curls 3x5x30 kg

    Wed
    Bench 3x5x76,50 kg
    Deadlift 1x5x132,50 (fail , but i know i had it in me)
    Chins 3x amap

    Had to skip the session on friday again and cant train now untill tue.
    I was demotivated because of all that and considered switching to another , less demanding program . (hence the Reset and the amrap stuff)
    I know that program hopping is a big mistake and i will resist it from here on .

    I dont know from which weight i should progress on now when i can get back into the weightroom at tuesday .

    probably i will go like :
    Press @ 51kg
    Squat @ 112,5 kg
    Bench @ 78 kg
    Deadlift @ 132,5 kg ( will try that again and maybe switch my grip)
