im actually pretty surprised how easy the squats felt , i really feel how i grow stronger and there is much room for improvement . Its a good feeling.
I switch to +1/1,5 kg increments now @ bench press ( e.g. 71 , 72,5 , 73,5 , 75) .
Chin ups went bad today , but i guess i cant have everything .
