12/3 (eve) Latin dancing for rest day. About 45 minutes of "cardio" credit on the books for me. I've had better results in class, but the moves I was taught tonight were particularly difficult.

I am going to be re-starting my rowing ergo conditioning sessions this week on training days, but after lifting. One of the guys in the rowing club decided this week to start SS/NLP and wanted me to get him spooled up on solidifying the movement patterns and techniques. He has the books, including Sullivan's, and I have referred him several times to the website here for video instruction on technique. I think he was just more comfy with seeing me do the movements and following along with the cues I've observed/learnt here. So, who knows? -- there may be some coaching-related activity in my future. LOL! I just tell him to set aside the time needed and read the books, go to the website and watch the videos, read the on-line articles.

I've noticed that my programming has evolved toward a 4-day split using the MED technique, which is more of an "early intermediate" type routine. I will start recording my training in the intermediate forum next week.
