Wifes numbers today: KG...shes doing damn well. Very coachable. Probably could have been more aggressive with squat progression, but we have a couple technical inefficiencies to work through, and she has! Last two sessions have looked a lot stronger than the previous couple. Deadlifts charging forward. Her squat will likely end up the better lift in time i think - short limbs doesnt always bode well in deadlift ive noticed. We still are not benching or Pressing due to her having no lymphnodes under her left armpit, and the couple times we have tried...not gone well for her.

Im also training 3 neighbors currently also. Well, two are commited, one of thier wives has had a couple goes but cant seem to get too keen...
Scotty tonight:
Squatted 80kg 4x5
Benched 67.5kg 4x5
Deadlifted 112.5kg 3x5
Pressed 48kg 4, 4, 4, 3. Second time hes hit a small hurdle, but i suspect he'll make the 4x5 or very close to it next time out.
Dave has not long started, much lighter guy, squatting 50kg, benching 50kg, deadlifting 100kg......and pressing 37.5kg
Had a fair amount of trouble with squat, due to the amount of hiking etc the guy does. Weve found the sweet spot though, and its now moving up. Hes very much a natural deadlifter....100kg looks easier for than scotts 112.5kg. Scott weighs 105kg @6ft 1inch. Dave is underweight at 78kg and only an inch shorter. And i think he is still under eating despite "eating heaps mate". But he's very keen on the lifting, so we'll sort him out.
Great day of lifting!
Too bad there isnt any SS certification stuff that happens in Australia...and i only know of One SSC up in Sydney. Could go quite well in my town.

Mates trained today also.
Scott after 17 sessions with me has now hit:
Squat: 100x5x4 sets.
Press: 50x5x4
Deadlift 125x5x3
Bench: 77.5x5x4
All in KG. He has a decent work capacity from years of playing touch football and riding MTB. But never weight trained.
Is adapting Very well for a 35 year old.
