    GtG Pullups throughout the day

    Note:
I think I've been overdoing it. Not just with these workouts, but with everything over the day. Feeling quite exhausted between lifting, other exercise, work, family, jiujitsu, etc. Dialing back on assistance exercises, etc. and refocusing on the 4 main lifts only.
    Trying to up my rest.

Note: probably not a true 1x5, as I released the bar and set up again after each rep

And why not? As long as the interval between your lifts isn't more than the few seconds it takes to re-set your position, there is no reason not to count this as a good 5x1. Feet at mid-point under bar, shins one inch away, grasp bar, touch shins to bar, extend chest, set lower back/pelvis, inhale and hold, lift. 4 to 5 seconds, tops. Now, if you're letting 15 seconds tick away, then, yeah, that's called the "rest-pause" and I'd call "foul". LOL!
