I'm back! Man, it's been a while! Long story short, I've been busy with life and whatnot and I was gone from the gym for a month. Needless to say, my strength isn't where it once was but I've been here before. I'm not in bad shape though. I've lost some weight since I was at my peak of 225 pounds. Now, I'm right around 200 and a little better body composition.
I'm working at a moving company right now, so not quite as motivated to go to the gym. I have the next two days off so I figured I might as well go throw a barbell around for old time's sake.
Squat 155x5x3
Bench 135x5x3
Deadlift 225x5
Hopefully I will have more time and a less taxing job soon so that I can run the LP and get caught up to where I was before. That's wishful thinking because It's looking like I'm gonna be pretty busy for the next few months. In the meantime, I'll make the best of it and maybe make a little bit of gains or at the very least maintain my strength.
