For the record, I haven't been keeping track of bodyweight or training 3 days a week. I've been training once or twice a week but still making progress. I'm sure I've gained a bit of weight but not much. I work a physically demanding job 5 days a week. Just goes to show it's still possible to get stronger despite all the other things life throws at us. I usually get pretty decent sleep but it hasn't been as great recently. I try to cram in a lot of calories on my days off so I can gain or at least maintain my weight while getting stronger.

Just realized I haven't posted on here in over a month. I've still been going to the gym but I haven't been training per se. I kind of fell off a little bit but I at least was able to maintain my strength during that time.
