    I’m 35, male, 6ft, 189lbs. I just lost 43lbs and looking to get stronger and bigger the right way.

    Struggling to eat due to illness, but I’ve managed to get up to 197lbs body weight before I got sick. Holding steady for now.

    Chins: I know YNDTP, but you can kiss my ass. I like chins and so far the same logic that works on all the other lifts is working on the chins. Let’s see how far I can go while adding 2.5 to 5 pounds per workout to my belt.

    Strep be damned, I’m trained anyway:

    Squat: 3x5x210
    Puked a little, and then...
    Bench: 3x5x165
    Clean: 5x3x160
    Chins: 3x5x232

    Cleans were easy, but I need to focus on getting the bar in the correct hold location.
