    200 cm | 6’7 | 17 years old
    110 kg | 240 lbs
    Squat: 125 kg | 300 lbs
    Bench: 62,5 kg | 130 lbs
    Press: 35 kg | 80 lbs
    Deadlift: 140 kg | 315 lbs

    All data as of 20/7 (20th of july) or 7/20.

    Background:
    I started SS 2 years ago at 150 lbs at the same length, so I was severely underweight. I stopped for a while because I got a new basketball coach and my team was a shitshow, which made her make us run suicides for the whole 1,5 hour long practice. Needless to say squatting became less fun.

    I did suffer from not gaining enough though, and I noticed it made the bench press really hard to progress not to mention the press. My squat/deadlift did go up very fast the first time I ran it; when I made an arithmetic error I accidentally gained 45 lbs on my squat instead of 10 lbs.

    Now I have eaten correctly for the full year and my lifts are going well again.
