Death by prowler. Work window was 3 minutes. Prowler weight was 180 plus the weight of the sled.

Thanks! Working hard to stave off getting weak and helpless while trying to recover from the broken leg last year and ankle before that. So far so good.

"Death by prowler". I know what you mean. How far do you push 180 pounds? I push 100 lbs for a total of 400 feet. I imagine I could push 180 lbs for 10-12 feet.

Carson, one rep is 100 feet. I have worked up to 7 reps in the three minute window. The goal is ten and then I will add more weight.

I must have been dreaming in another land when I wrote that my prowler was only for 400 feet. Each set is 400 feet. I do 4 sets of 100 lbs for 400 feet. It nearly kills me.

    Squat 315x5x3
    Press 155x5x3
    Deadlift 455x5x1
    Chins 10x3

Today’s prowler work was on a 50ft stretch of turf: 10-8-6-4-2-4-6-8-10, started with the sled+90lbs, added 90lbs every round to the set of two. On the way back up I took off 90lbs each set.

The prowler must be working. I notice your lifts keep going up.
