Yeah, I like the prowler way better than any other form of cardio for sure.
I use the app and follow the NLP. I’m progressively getting closer to numbers that I used to hit before I broke my leg and ankle (separately), weight is going down as well.

Squats: 315x5x3
Bench: 245x5x3
Power Clean: 185x3x5
Hill sprint intervals: 10x30 sec.
Prowler 20 minutes push with 90lbs.

Deadlift: 455x5x1
Chins: 10x3
Sled push: 10,8,6,4,2,2,2,2,2 Start with 2 45#’s and add 2 every time you decrease reps.
Felt pretty good today. I might actually break the 300# mark on body weight by the end of the month 318 now, down from 345 at the start of NLP and down from 440 at the start of this whole thing. Killing fat Chris
