Was able to bench 100 lbs this time around, I previously had my first fail at that number. It felt much easier this time around so that was great to see improvement. Deadlift is getting tougher at this weight and I am trying hook and alternate grips as I can feel it starting to lose grip with the normal grip.

Have now been introduced to bent over rows which I will be alternating with the deadlifts. Overhead press was the toughest this workout, really had to push for the last couple reps on the last set.

Squat felt tough today at that weight, still believe I had pretty good speed though. Went back down to 65 lbs for the overhead press so it didn't feel like I was going to fail this time and will go forward with 2.5 lb jumps.
