I've never heard of that. I just Pressed my way back by dropping my Press weight back to around 110 or 115 and ran it back up.

Scales this morning said I added over 4 lbs since right before Thanksgiving. I'm blaming that on the Bourbon Pecan Pie. Damn that was good stuff.

The music stopped during one of my sets. Not good... At this age I need that music so I don't have to listened to my left knee grind.
