If you have knee cave with hip shift it could def. Be pointing at an imbalance (ie one side stronger than other). That is what I had and saw multiple docs for. As it ended up causing back issues. Doing a lot of single leg accessory work to get my weaker leg stronger helped this. Also check form and foot position of course too. This might not be the case for you of course, Just from my experience what that was caused from.
Thanks! I am thinking I need to work on glute activation also. I do have back pain and it's all related.

Back pain update: Realized that maybe my back has been "locked" up for a while. Did this. Worked great.

Happy Thanksgiving! Us Canadians have our Thanksgiving in early October haha...

Strong benching! I hear you on being mentally prepared. Any sort of distraction or mental stress can easily throw off a workout.

Nice progress! Have you tried filming yourself on lifts? I have found that although Squats are getting tough, it's completely deceiving because upon watching my video, I am putting up the weight like butter! I find videotaping to be very helpful to ensure proper form and also helping to visualize the progress.

    Bench (220) 5, 5, 5
    Dead (255) 5

    12/06/19 - Week 3 - Session 6B, 10:30 AM.

    Press (125) 5, 5, 5
    "A" Grip Chin up (BW) 13, 16, 12

Good week of training. Building confidence, slowly, in my squat. Capping other lifts to prescribed reps. I may drop the hammer on bench on last set every few weeks for a little assessment, but not anymore on deads. I think when i do that my last few reps have poor technique and am rounding back. Very happy with Chin ups, Overhead press are a grind but still moving.
