Pretty good session. Bench actually felt heavy. I think it was becuase of my poor mental game. I need to think heavy every day.

Squat, shoulder and wrist felt terrible, quit after one set.
Bench, wanted to feel heavy before I do singles on monday.
Press, deload.
Deads, wanted to see if i could hit the 405, didn't get it. Got it 4 inches off the ground, felt like technique was terrible so shut it down. Partner hit it for a PR.

Bench, Hvy Singles Program for a few weeks.
Rows, alternating these with chins, might keep reps high to to start working on conditioning.
Sandbag Squats, giving my wrists a break from low bar squats. Putting shoulder mobility in every session to get that extra 1/2 inch or so.

Hope your back feels better soon. Keep up the ice baths, that should help. Make sure your sleep cycle is good too (keep lights off at night). Also red light therapy could help with back. We've had beautiful weather up here in Canada, so I've been doing a lot of naked sunbathing while everyone else is still dressed up like eskimos haha!

Sleep's been terrible, my little girl has been very needy through the night. Felt a lot better today, swapped out bar rows for chins. Thanks for the good advice.
