    Long workout with proper warm, long rests on chin ups and then Bike work at the end.

    Really didin't feel good today. Not sick or anything, just very lethargic. It was already really hot out when I walked out to the gym. Pretty much hit my numbers, I actually forget to do the last set of bench and moved on to deadlift.

    Punched the clock today with these I guess.
