    Tim's LP v2.0 W4D1

    Squat: 270x5x3

    +5. Minimal drama.

    Press: 128x5 (5PR!), 115x5x2

+0.5 over lifetime. Took the baby-PR with hopes of reattempting 130 on Tuesday.

    Deadlift: 300x5

    Bench: 207.5x5 (5PR), 185x5x2

+2.5 over lifetime 5PR. Took the baby-jump here as well.

    Tim's LP v2.0 W4D2

    Squat: 230x5x2

    Light squat day.

    Press: 130x5, 115x5x2

    Got the 5PR.

    Row: 145x8x3

    Light pull day.

    Bench: Not Conducted

A bench workshop was scheduled for following day. Tim skipped bench to conserve strength. Bench workshop ended up not benching more than 135 to look at form. So no bench training.

    Thanks brotha. Tim's killing it!

    Tim's LP v2.0 W4D3

    Squat: 275x5x3

    Bench: 210x5, 185x5x2

Hit that 5PR easy, and looks like we can add 5 next week to it.

    Deadlift: 305x5

Solid pulls; we're not too far off of his all-time best now.

    Tim's LP v2.0 W5D1

    BW: 193 (+2 post-reset)

    Squat: 280x5x3

    +5. 5lbs off of his sets-across PR from pre-reset.

Bench: 215x5 (5PR!), 250x1 (PR!) Video at Login • Instagram

Tim nailed his 215 so hard we walked some singles. He hit a PR at 240 with such speed I recommend he add 10, and he got that too. So that's +15 on his best bench ever.

    Deadlift: 315x5

    Got it.

Ha! Thanks, AJ. Tim is stoked that we're back into PR country after the COVID shutdown.

    Tim's LP, W5D2

Tim's second session of only 2 this week; he's also activated right now.

    Squat: 285x5x3

    Tied sets across PR.

    Bench: 220x5 (5PR!), 190x5x2

    +5 to top set for a 5PR.

    Press: 132.5x5 (5PR), 115x5x2

    +2/5 to top set for a 5PR.

    Deadlift: 320x5

    Within 5lbs of his pre-COVID 5PR.

Getting there. And Tim's bodyweight is a little lighter than when he hit some of the previous PRs (193 this week versus 198 or 200), so he's doing more with less.

    Tim's LP v2.0, W6D1

    Squat: 290x5x3 (Sets Across PR!)

Got it. Officially in PR-country now.

    Press: 135x5 (5PR!), 115x5x2

    DL: 325x5

Tied for 5PR. Video on this one is smoother, better set, faster pulls, nearly zero grind. Big things coming.

    Bench: 225x5 (5PR!), 195x5x2

Into PR country here, too, and a bump to the backoffs as well.

    Tim's LP v2.0, W6D3

    Tim crushes faces today.

Squat: 295x5x3 (5PR, Sets Across PR)

Tim went to a squat-seminar yesterday at the powerlifting gym. He learned a couple cues there that have really helped. If you analyze the cues, the amusing thing is that they cause the lifter to follow the SS model; same stuff different cues. But I'm happy he went: The way I was saying a few things wasn't getting through. Anyway ... I think Tim's got at least 4, and maybe 8, more sets-across before we have to change up.

    Bench: 230x5 (5PR!), 200x5x2

    Deadlift: 330x5 (5PR!), 350x1, 365x1 (PR!) Video of 365 at Login • Instagram

330x5 was smooth, and back was flat; whole thing looked easy. So he wanted 350, a 10lb PR. That flew up, too. So he rested 6 minutes, and then pulled 365 for a net gain of 25lbs to his DL PR. You'll see in the video there's significant rounding. I'm not worried about it at all. By the time we work fahves up some more, that'll work itself out.

    Killer day.
