Was very pumped up before, during and after this training session. Pushed my limit mentally big time.

Felt no pop at all in my warmups. Probably should have ate more for breakfast. After the last few squat days being really strong I just wanted to “test” myself at 405. 400 was actually my one rep PR prior to this session.
